At Lenetek, we are committed to the highest ethical professional conduct and expect it to be followed by every member and associate of Lenetek.
We strive to avoid real, potential, or perceived conflicts of interest, and must immediately disclose them to affected parties if they arise.
We seek to provide work environment free from any form of harassment, whether verbal or physical, based upon race, religion, gender, age, national origin, disability or any other illegal basis.
Lenetek reserves the right to reject services to any client who is disrespectful, rude, verbally abusive or making unreasonable demands or threats to our staff or affiliates. Similarly, Lenetek reserves the right to reject employment or contractual affiliation to any person or organization who is disrespectful, rude, verbally abusive or making unreasonable demands or threats to our clients or our affiliates.
We should be honest and realistic in stating claims and providing estimates based on available information. We should not make false or misleading representations about our products and services, and falsely disparage competitors and their products or services. We may not fix prices with our competitors, divide or allocate markets for anticompetitive purposes.
We comply with all applicable laws. In the situations when there are multiple conflicting jurisdictions the more restrictive policies, laws or regulations would apply.
We respect copyright and intellectual property of others, and expect to be treated the same way. We reject copyright violations and plagiarism. We shall properly credit the contributions of others.
Lenetek prohibits the payment of bribes to any of its customers to obtain or retain their business. Gifts, entertainment and other courtesies to and from our private or commercial customers permitted only if they are not excessive and consistent with reasonable standards in the business community. Gifts of cash or cash equivalents are not permitted. The rules for government customers are stricter and subject to their regulations.
We encourage, seek, and accept honest criticism of our work, acknowledge and correct errors in a timely and professional manner.
